Comments:
I like the name Ice Breakers. The obvious reason would be the weather. Another reason comes from our being Christian soldiers, representatives of Christ on earth. When we do our devotion at the end of each workout we are often reminded that even a smile can have a big impact on someone's day. This workout group has given me an easy way to bring up God in casual conversation and to hopefully have some positive impact in another person's day. It's an easy "Ice Breaker" that a non-Christian can relate to, excercise. What do you think?
